The juwi-Academy

All new employees receive schooling in the juwi-Academy. During their probation period they pass through a training programme suited to their department which enables them to quickly integrate into the company. Internal and external experts give an overview about renewable energies and answer economic, technical and juridical questions.

The juwi-Academy offers constant continuing education to all employees- on a specialist as well as on a personal level.
